Raiza Biza - Single Review: Stolen Youth

28 Aug 2019 // A review by Freecell

“I was woken one day by the truth, those demons tried to steal my youth”

Here's the latest offering from Raiza Biza - the first track from his upcoming album - Stolen Youth. Beginning with Raiza's vocals and a sweet sounding guitar melody, this song is deep and sung from the soul. The lyrics "Awoken one day by the truth, these thieves thou came and stole my youth" sums up the inner vibe of the song nicely.

Musically this tune is very polished and rich in quality with outstanding production. Raiza's vocals are on fine form and when he switches to his rapping style you can hear his natural talent shine. Stolen Youth is full of dedication and struggles with some creative works on the story and vocals. There's also an air of melancholy surrounding it.

If this is only the first track off the album I'm looking forward to hearing the rest - this is quality. The musical arrangement is perfectly balanced with everything exactly where it needs to be. The bass line is deep and sounds phat. The guitars and vocals bind this song together perfectly.

Keep an eye out for when Raiza Biza's new album drops - his sound is like no other; a unique blend of cultures and talent which makes his sound individual and different from the rest.

Rating: ( 4 / 5 )

About Raiza Biza

Raiza defines himself as a strongwilled, headstrong, Rwandese man. Strongwilled because he continues to chase his goals no matter the obstacles.

Headstrong 'cause he knows where he's going, and he has his eyes firmly on his target. His music is a reflection of the life of a young refugee in a new land trying to find out who he really is.
