Amber are a band part of the Local Output movement who aim to increase the performance of New Zealand music.
The bands birth was in June 2001 and since then have played to crowds of up to 950 people. Amber have played at the North Shore finals of the Coke Smokefree Rockquest and were finalists in the Local Output Bands Competition.
Sexual (Li Da Di) debuted in the Official New Zealand Top 40 Singles on 20 February 2000. It has been in the Top 40 Singles for nine weeks with a highest position of #24. There is one song by Amber in the Top 40 Singles.
