Blindspott - Album Review: Blindspott

If you like Linkin Park you will definitley like Blindspott, there's no doubt about that - but this time the music is from New Zealand.
With a flavour combining nu-metal and hip-hop Blindspott have created a style which has made them hugely successful. Their first album has been placed firmly in the platinum stakes, and it outsold the Red Hot Chili Peppers in its first week of sales.
With 13,000 presales under their belt, and the album debuting at number one, these guys have achieved a lot by anybody's standards.
The album, featuring the singles Nil By Mouth, S.U.I.T., Room To Breathe & Lit Up, is at its finest when played loud. Full of positive messages, it appeals to the younger generation the most, with many more being impressed by the vastly anticipated album.
Better things are unquestionably on the way for this New Zealand nu-metal band. Listen to this album, and watch them perform live - I recommend it.

About Blindspott
Their first hit single, Nil By Mouth was a success in 2001, gaining major airplay on TV and radio channels across the country. Following a number of hit songs, the emotionally charged anthem track Phlex reached No. 2 on the charts.
Blindspott were the first NZ band to have both their 1st and 2nd albums debut on the NZ Music charts at #1 and the first band in history to have album debut at #1 twice!
