Crash Test For Favourite Things Summer Itinerary Posted: Tue Dec 9, 2008 8:26 pm This from Crash Test For Favourite Things: Crash-Test For Favourite Things have a few different (and "favourite") things on the go this month and to keep it simple and easy I will lay out an easy-to-read, logical itinerary thus creating a favourable format which soothes and moisturises the eyes.......and hopefully persuades you to join in for something or everything! KIWI FM - This week! Thanks to all you long and short haired hoolagans who appropriated the Dogs Bollix last month for the Kiwi FM "Mash Up"! The contest for the $3000 Rock Shop gear is currently being held and we would be ever so grateful if everyone and anyone you have ever met could take 30 seconds to log onto www.kiwifm.co.nz, click on the Mash Up link and vote for Crash Test For Favourite Things Play It Strange Show Case, PARNELL Saturday 20th December from 11am In collaboration with Mike Chunn, CtfFts are performing at this fantastic event in support of young NZ musicians. They are hitting the stage at 12pm (thats the afternoon time)sharp so dont be late! "Parnell Mainstreet is teaming up with Parnell's own Play It Strange to add another exciting new event to the local calendar: Play it Strange in Parnell. On Saturday, December 20 - the weekend before Christmas - Parnell will be alive with great music performed by talented young Aucklander's. Over four hours from 11am, Play it Strange in Parnell will feature up to 20 groups performing at a number of locations in the heart of Parnell Road. We have organised a mad afternoon tea party for all you stragglers still in Auckland on December 27. The 2006 Crash-Test EP Posted: Mon Sep 18, 2006 10:45 pm I just wanted to say to all of Crash-Test For Favourite Things - Congratulations on your new EP. I have had the priviledge to recieve my own copy over here in Englad and from what I have heard of the CD it is amazing. The sound is professional and original and the lyrics are thoughtful and provocative. I'm sorry I couldn't make your CD release party but from the people I know that went I can gather that your were nothing less than professional in both your sound and stage presence. Congrats again guys. Ashton |

Awesome Band Posted: Wed Feb 1, 2006 10:41 pm It's not often you find a local, underground band with this much talent. Not hearing bands like crash-test for favourite things on the radio is almost a waste of good music. Well worth following crash-test gigs as both the music and performance value is extremely high and very entertaining. Proud. |
