Strange and beautiful, the music of Flabotonum has been a pet project of Shaun Garea’s for several years: Constantly busy in music, film and promotions he has now collected a band of talented and eclectic musicians together to be able to create the unique sound in the studio and to perform it live around the country.

Avant Garde and abstract to say the least, the music is challenging, diverse, pretty and extremely distinctive. Demanding of the audience the music may be harder to digest which ultimately leads to a more immersive listening experience.

As well as providing the score for the short film My Beautiful World that will be hitting festivals worldwide in August, an album is also on the cards for late ‘06.
