Bio

Inastate formed in March of 2006. With members from a vast background of experience and influence and an undying intent to make an imprint in time, they are one to look out for. In March they got together for a first practise. The first line-up was Robbie McGuinness (from The Sound Temptation), Dove Bailey (ex-The Throwbacks and The Bleeders), Guy Mellsop (ex-The Dusty Vinyls) and James Sullivan (Nefarious). Soon after this Guy had to leave because he had too much on in The Dusty Vinyls.

The next two months were spent hard at work making tunes and perfecting their performance for the Smokefree Rockquest. In May the Rockquest had been and gone for them and were looking to focus on bigger things(they missed out on regionals by one point(thats pritty good for a band that was been jamming for two weeks)). It had come to their attention that they needed another guitarist to strengthen their sound.

By this time Guy was out of the Dusty Vinyls, so they thought it would be fitting to bring back their old member. More recently they have been working hard, practising endlessly and struck a deal with Terrorscope Records for their first EP.

Inastate disbanded in early 2007.
