Pistols of México are ready to rock the socks and or sockets of the Chico's and Chica’s (boys and girls) of Wellington.

Based in Lower Hutt the Pistols of México are a three-piece bluesy, alt and at time country inspired rock and roll band. They produce an awesome dynamic with the use of dirty guitar sounds, bluesy bass lines and steady yet inventive drumming. The heated vocals produce a spicy spontaneity which is impulsive and emotive. The lyrics are allusive, weighty and at times expressive and fun.

Pistols of México (like a slice of lime) bring a certain zest to rock and roll, one which is lacking from the Wellington music scene. So put on your sombreros (hats) and come fiesta (party) with the Pistols of México as they will be gigging over summer, and beyond… Piñata! Piñata!
