Bio

The Wicks have been together for about a year and a half and are kicking up a bit of a stir in the Auckland live music scene with their own particular sound unlike anything else in these climes.

Citing their influences as Talking Heads, Wolf Parade, The Smiths, Frog Eyes, The Beach Boys, Battles and Modest Mouse; it'd be fair to say that The Wicks are a heady amalgam of these fine artists - carefully blended to produce something quite unique and special.
