No Greater Power

Bio

No Greater Power are a 5 piece Metalcore band from Auckland that started in 2005. They have many influences ranging from punk to hardcore to death metal and grindcore.

On September 9th 2006 No Greater Power played their first show. Whilst playing a cover of GG Allin's, Bite It You Scum, their set got rudely interrupted by a drunken punter blasting a fire extinguisher, which caused everyone in the room to leave before the band even got to start their last song of the set.

Since then they have played along side such bands as Every Man For Himself, In Dread Response, Leader To Ruin, Bloodletting, Force Fed Trauma, Inside Arkham and Antagonist A.D. In 2008 No Greater Power finally have released their first D.I.Y EP, which can be downloaded from this link or if you prefer hard copies, the EP can be purchased for $5 from the band at one of their shows or by sending a message to the band through their myspace page.
