For Da Grind (4DG) is a close vocal harmony band of 9 male artist’s, writing and performing their own original music.

5 vocalists, 3 guitarist's, a drummer, keys and a DJ - this is 4DG. A live sound that transports people, with combined elements of RnB, Soul, Hip Hop, Reggae and Rock.

For Da Grind is the result of hard work and so their ambition was to write music for people, who find themselves grinding life out.

Work can be hard, it can be repetitive, it may not pay the best, in fact it may take two jobs to make ends meet. Music is a place where we can escape and break away from those everyday dramas and stresses.
