How To Human

Bio

Formed in Wellington in 2015, How to Human are a band that has gained a dedicated following on the city’s live music circuit, with gigs at stalwart venues including San Fran, Valhalla and Bodega.

The musical tastes of band members Lars Von Espy, Joe Fogarty, Si Randall and Joe Gilmartin have a firm foundation in big riff rock but extend to the eclectic and progressive. The four combine seamlessly to deliver heavy, melodic and subversive rock with plenty of left-turn diversions.

March 2018 sees the release of HTH’s debut single. Instantly memorable and powerful, A Devil In Your Pocket was recorded in Wellington’s ‘The Armory’ studio. It captures the band in full force: big drums and guitars with sneering, swaggering vocals.

You can expect plenty more from HTH - they have recorded several songs for release online in the months ahead. They’re also promising their strong and growing audience more live gigs in the capital and beyond.
