The North West Country Wine Beer & Food Festival snuck in just ahead of cyclone Gabrielle, meaning while there was a short shower during the day, no one got sun burnt. Set in the beautiful grounds of The Hunting Lodge and surrounded by vineyards, patrons could eat and drink while listening and dancing to some of NZs best musicians - Nick Brightwell opened the day, followed by, Georgia Lines, Hollie Smith, and Troy Kingi & The Promises, with Bic Runga rounding out the day, putting on a fabulous set (stepping in for a sick Tammy Neilson).
