Bio

While they don't play regularly, Foghorn are a jazz trio whose mellow sounds can be heard in the cafes and bars of Auckland.

Featuring bass playing from Nik Eagles, who was formerly a member of the band Repeater, saxophone from Nick Atkinson, formerly of Supergroove fame, and drumming from Tom Atkinson, formerly of Jungle Fungus. Foghorn produces a funky jazz mix, with Afro-Cuban beats thrown in for good measure.

They play at jazz bars including Rakinos Cafe, Deschler's and the Leigh Sawmill Cafe.

Tom also plays drums for One Million Dollars, HMX and has played drums for SJD.

All the members of Foghorn also feature in The Roughness.
