Bio

The Evils are a Wellington trio playing their own brand of infectious dance rock reminiscent of bands such as Moving Units, Whirlwind Heat and Enon. A mix of jerky guitar parts, quirky vocals, melodic bass lines and power-house drumming creates a band that is a high energy experience.

Their eccentric lyrics encompass themes of sleep deprivation, falling down stairs, inner monsters and the need to enjoy yourself at least every now and then.

They include members of dance band The Sunday Experiment and dislocated funk band Luge.
