Bio

Culzean was a three-piece that was formed in September 2001 in New Plymouth.

The original line-up was Rodney Wilkie on guitar and vocals, Joseph Durie on bass and Ryan Shaw on drums. In April 2002 they recorded their debut album, How to Climb Down, which was self released later that year. In November 2002 drummer Marc Devine replaced Ryan Shaw. After breaking up in October 2003, Culzean reformed with new drummer Marc Gernhoefer in May 2004.
