Grok have been playing together since the demise of 3 Men Missing 8 years ago. They won the Contact 89FM Battle Of The Bands in 1996.

Grok have supported such NZ music luminaries as The Headless Chickens and The Chills, as well as headlining the farcical Annual Spatula Death Battle Of The Bands.
