Force Fed

Bio

Force Fed got together in late '98 for a school music performance, and played a cover of Nirvana's 'Aneyursym'. Encouraged by this, they kept playing together - mostly just Nirvana covers, until they started to write songs.

In 1999 the band entered the Smokefree Rockquest under the name Tacit. They managed to get through to the regional finals, but then decided to play a slow acoustic song which was an anti-climax, to say the least.

The following year they again entered the rockquest as Scarface Claw, with a metal/britpop song, which was under-rehearsed, and were disapointed not to make it past the heats... but the competition was definately a step up from the previous year.

As well as rockquest, they've also played at Frypan, Valve, various school halls, parties and at Zeal.

Band Members:
Sarah (drums)
Eddie Stanley (guitar, vocals)
Gwynn Compton (bass)
