In February 2009 Legacy of Disorder headed back to Texas to start on their next album with four new tracks being recorded. L.O.D. then returned home for 2 months and after a short tour of New Zealand returned to Texas.

Awards in New Zealand, Shortly after that Legacy of Disorder completed their 5th New Zealand “Tour of Disorder” as well as playing their music live for the “circus of horrors” at the opening of the Theater Royal in Nelson.
