A Reflection Of Yesterday

Bio

A Reflection of Yesterday is 5 students from Alfriston College who all decided to create a band. Rebelling against the school stereotype of Hip Hop and decided to play Metalcore. 4 of the members were all previous members of Our Last Days who entered the Rarebreed Records Mega Mosh Band Search and placed in the Top 3.

All members bring to the band their own influences. Robin is heavily influenced by bands such as Parkway Drive and War of Ages. John is influenced by the bass in Techno and Hardstyle music but also draws influence from Pantera and August Burns Red. Josh has a variety of influences, Avenged Sevenfold, Lamb of God and As I Lay Dying. Nathan is a huge fan of bands such as A Day To Remember and Suicide Silence, he also has influences from Poets and writers such as Doctor Suess, and Jordan brings influence from Djent bands such as Periphery and Veil of Maya.
