Bio

Abe Toa aka DJ Stronghand started dj-ing for at risk youth in Clendon in 2006 with a laptop and mouse, in January 2008 he got his first turntable and ever since then he has been devistating clubs and shows with juggles and scratches.

Taken under the wing of 2003 NZ DMC Champion DJ CXL, He has performed alongside / Supported some big names here in NZ such as Sweet and Irie, J Williams, Che Fu. Smashproof, Devolo, Mareko, Pieter T, 4DG, Derty Sesh, Tyson Tyler. He has also played along side DJs Tikelz, Peter Gunz, Manchoo, Reminise and CXL.

Stronghand still supports at risk youth of Clendon by facilitating his weekly DJ programme on Wednesday evenings and providing music for youth events in South Auckland.

Stronghand also excels in playing drums, Guitar and bass guitar.
