Yourego were formed by Paulego in August 2021, they are a brand new group tackling the challenges of the new Covid life head on. All members are now working from home in different parts of the planet, but have come together over their one love of music.

Paulego the bands songwriter is in Auckland, New Zealand whilst Janeego is in Los Angeles, Daveego in Nashville and Vincentego in London, England. “The distance between everyone doesn’t tear us apart, every song on this record is a vivid snapshot into what is going on in our life and mindset,” Paulego said.

Influenced by the diverse cultures of east London mixed with elements of Auckland, Los Angeles and Manila, coupled with years of touring the globe multi-talented songwriter Paulego has lived a life of experiences gained from touring all around the planet. These elements and more make for a truly unique release.

Yourego musical influences include EOB, Husky Loops, Mad Foxes, Sneaker Pimps and many more.

Yourego push their glitchy production to the extremes, blending pop, electronic and hysteria – with seemingly chaotic results.

Produced by Grammy nominated, Aria winning, UK music producer Steve James who has produced and worked with George Harrison, The Sex Pistols, The Jam, and Shirley Bassey amongst others. Steve who now resides in Brisbane, completing the true global effort in the making of this record and beyond.
