Bio

This band has been around with the current members for less than a year. Prior to that the band won the Hawke's Bay regional rockquest and also won a battle of the bands in Hastings.

This year they competed in the Battle of the Bands and were beaten only by Vodoo Butta.

Scalpel plays a weird style of heavy metal and have played with the following bands: Saidaya, Vodoo Butta, Syndrome, Corpse Feast, Backyard Burial, Falciform, Afterbirth, Angel Hammer and Department of Corruption.
