Forming in mid 2003 when guitarist/song writer Jeremy Elley-Brown and bassist Nick Johnston started jamming. Combining with drummer Rick Henry and guitarist Stu Gray they formed the band Days of Rain.
After writing a number of original songs the Auckland Based 4-piece performed to a solid crowd at Parachute Music Festival 04. Since then have been playing at various bars around the Auckland area. Mixing both acoustic and electric guitars in a pop-rock fashion. From the melodic acoustically driven songs such as 'The Way' to distorted guitars and the catchy vocal melodies in 'Coming Home', the bands music has been described as covering a variety of styles with a song to satisfy everyone.
With musical influences from the likes of Goo Goo Dolls, Live, Powderfinger, and Pearl Jam, combining with a truly distinctive New Zealand rock flavour. Preparing to make an impact in the Auckland music scene.
