From Auckland's North Shore, comes new Hard Rock act Powerchild.

Studio engineer and bass player extraordinaire Pat Callis, riff master Sam Kingston and Carl Hayman's thick and powerful backbeats combine to produce the hard rock sound that is Powerchild.

With a huge experience behind them in the music industry, having played large gigs all over the country in various bands, the three have come together into one band that are guaranteed to make your music tastes explode.

Sam and Carl prevoiusly played for Epitome and Carl has also played for Sinfura.

This band has recently split, Sam & Pat moving on with solo projects, and Carl moving to play with Prolepsis.
