The actual name randomly popped into Bothy's head while he was writting an English essay and Shannan was txting him organising a band practice. ”Progressive Funk Rock with just a DASH of Industrial” The idea for this band was laid on the table in October 07 by Shannan. It started off as a 3 piece jam band with Ronnie on drums, Bothy lead guitar and Shannan himself on the bass. This trio was known as "Three Hour Shower". Ronnie finally promoted himself to lead vocals and Cody from Komatose played drums. Only in March 08 we decided to be serious and get ready for Rockquest 08 which was round the corner. David then joined the band as the main lead guitarist and Shannan got Ryan from Shallowed to play drums. The genre of the band has finally been settled to “Progressive Funk”. Bothy is mainly a bass player who played funk guitar for a few years. So when the chance for him to play guitar once again he wasn’t going to let his funk rhythm slip away so he add all the funk to the music along with Ronnie. Shannan and David bring the metal feel into the music because of their passion for Iron Maiden and Dream Theater. Our main influences include: , Dream Theater, Red, ZZ Top, Iron Maiden, Incubus, HIM, The Used, Tool, Alice in Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, The Wiggles, Rammstein, From First To Last, Escape The Fate, Emigrate and heaps more.
