New Zealand’s ultimate rotten entertainer Captain Festus McBoyle gets soft and somewhat sentimental with this new song. Bubble is expressed in a very pure and honest way, through the eyes of a 7-year-old. This beautiful song is guaranteed to resonate with families all over the world during these challenging times.
Recorded entirely with an iPhone and with all tracks single takes, it was restored and mixed by Amos Clarke at sHOWpONY Studios and mastered by Chris Chetland at Kog.
A completely new ‘tack’ from this slightly brazen Kiwi Pirate, but he’s quick to add, “It’s been said I have the emotional capacity of a 7-year-old many times over the years so who better to take that ‘tack’ than me!”.
“I’m both grateful and very proud of this song and I hope that you all enjoy it immensely”.
That’s a big word for a Pirate!
Make of it what you will... Bubble has now been captured with a true ‘number 8 wire’ mentality and is released peacefully into the world. Honest, Simple and Real!
