Amanda from Celeste Music has been creative with songwriting and recording in the last couple of months.
She's released four new songs; You & Me We Got This, Captain Cook Named Mercury Bay, A Seed Called Love and Shine It Up. Topics covered include working together as a duo or team, supporting, keeping positive, having our light shine and being confident to express.
One song is about family and how the seed of love grows many positive things, including children, new relationships, experiences and connection. And having a new beautiful baby girl to celebrate in the family.
And something completely different is a remnant of Captain Cook's travels through NZ, mostly about Mercury Bay (Amanda's hometown), in honour of the Tuia 250 Festival held last year. She was given notes by her old school teacher that were from a diary of Cook's travels.
Amanda writes originals to inspire and give optimistic insights, to herself/others. Her name Celeste is based on the Celestine Prophecy, with gifts of synchronicity and coincidences.
Plus 'coincidentally' Celestial means light, heavenly and in script "the celestial beauty of music".
