Following a successful three years in the local music circuit following their 2017 release Shipwreck!, Tamaki Makaurau Pop-Punk quintet Fire For Glory have announced their long-awaited follow up EP, titled Life Of The Party. This will be the band's first release with new guitarist Steve Shyu.
Possessing the bands signature high-energy, melody driven sound that has impressed audiences across Aotearoa and Australia, Life Of The Party reveals an intention to expand their audience globally with the release of their best material yet. The EP is comprised of four tracks that do not stray from the band's message of discussing topics with a heavy stigma – opening a korero around topics such as social anxiety and systematic racism through the medium they know best.
Life Of The Party was engineered and mixed by Grant Kirkpatrick here in Aotearoa and mastered in Wales by Seb Barlow (well-known for his production and bass playing in Welsh heavyweight Pop-Punk band Neck Deep).
Life Of The Party will be released globally on all digital platforms on February 17th, 2021.
