South Auckland based indie-rock band Haze Lane have released their relaxed and dreamy single and video, Natural Feeling, out today.

Ambient layers of electric guitars set the chill scene, held down by a groove-filled rhythm section with front-man Kruse’s effortless vocals. Natural Feeling is exactly that; a journey encapsulating
the feeling of wanting to get back to something you love or a place you feel comfortable in, after experiencing a rough time.
With the drums, bass and vocals recorded at Zealand guitars recorded at Parachute,
the song was mixed at co-writer and producer Alvyn Tan’s home studio and mastered at Studios 301. Before the recording process however, Natural Feeling came together organically, with
all four band members involved in the creative process.
“We didn’t plan to write this song, we were just jamming, then all of a sudden we started throwing around lyric ideas to then have a semi-polished song,” explains Kruse.
“The track also signifies a new direction for us, reflecting how we have changed and developed as a band.”
Also out today is the accompanying video; a laid-back, candid visual of Haze Lane in the studio, shot by Luke Penny.
"The video captures how we would have looked while making the song, as it is also very relaxed; we had a lot of laughs when making it,” says Kruse.
