Rising indie-pop artist Bridges has today released the video for Pills - a personal and poignant song, which delivers an empowering message about mental health.
Directed by Taylor Mansfield, Bridges describes that "Pills is about initially feeling trapped, constrained, ‘boxed in’ by someone’s advice; which is where the visual concept of the box came from. As the song progresses to unveil more of the story, of making my own decisions surrounding medication, the light in the visuals change from a moody blue, to softer, lighter and more positive tones."
