Band & Musician News - Pirate Takes On Paris With Surprise 'Meat' And Greet

Pirate Takes On Paris With Surprise 'Meat' And Greet

19 October 2022 - 0 Comments

Imagine you’re sitting in a busy Parisian Café, surrounded by fine cuisine, floodlit by ambient lighting and engrossed in magical banter. Suddenly you spot two slightly dubious characters leaning in a semi-darkened archway - one armed with a piano accordion, the other with not much more than a cheeky smile. That’s where it all begins.

Captain Festus McBoyle has joined forces with dreadlocked Scotsman Angel to bring you a Comedy/Novelty piece called Meat – The Vegetarian Song.

Never one to target just the kids music market, McBoyle sails fearlessly once again across multiple genres, ‘More Grit Less Sugar’ now proudly emblazoned on his musical flag.

The new album Look Wot the Cat Dragged In is now very close to completion so here’s another finished piece from his pending musical Cauldron. An ‘oddball’ track recorded live and belted out on a ‘Whim and a Prayer’.
