With under a week to go before Kaylee Bell begins her mammoth seventeen date debut headline tour of Aotearoa, she has gifted fans a new song When Summer Rolls Around. While we may feel a little cheated out of Summer this year When Summer Rolls Around celebrates the joys of summer; the feelings when the days get a little bit longer and the nights get a little bit warmer. Of the track Bell says:

"I felt like we didn’t get much out of Summer this year in terms of our weather. I decided to release this track on the tail end of summer as I wanted to keep the warm summer vibes going as long as possible! It’s my favourite time of year and whilst we are heading into winter here in New Zealand, that doesn’t mean the summer tunes need to completely disappear!"

Written in Nashville, the track was written by Bell, Lindsay Rimes, Phil Barton and Brian White. All of whom have collaborated with Bell in the past including on her most recent smash hit Boots n All which reached #1 on the NZ Hot Singles Chart and was playlisted on all major commercial radio in New Zealand.

With her national tour kicking off next Thursday 4 May with two sold out shows in her hometown of Waimate, Bell and band are ready to rock and play for their fans right throughout the country. Whilst this is Bell’s first headline tour of New Zealand, she has enjoyed overwhelming success over the past few years both locally and internationally. Last year, her hit Keith, topped the Australian country airplay charts for five weeks and propelled her to becoming the most streamed female country music artist in Australasia. A proudly independent artist, Bell also featured on 2022’s season of The Voice Australia blowing the judges away with her performance of Keith. The video of her performance went viral online racking up over two million views on YouTube and the single has amassed 17 million streams on Spotify alone.

There’s much more to Kaylee Bell though.
