Band & Musician News - October Sewn Releases Debut Single 'Too Close For Comfort'

October Sewn Releases Debut Single 'Too Close For Comfort'

28 April 2023 - 0 Comments

October Sewn is the project of singer/ songwriter/ producer Kristiyan Kolarski, born in Bulgaria and raised in New Zealand. His new single Too Close For Comfort is a synth pop song that blends elements from both film soundtracks and modern pop songs. With influences from The Weeknd, Frank Ocean and Joji to Hans Zimmer, October has created a unique sound to bridge the cinematic and the mainstream.

After being selected by The Crescendo Trust Of Aotearoa for a Warner Music funded project, October Sewn is now taking his sound from his bedroom, into the studio and now to the next level.

With Too Close For Comfort, October Sewn hopes to open up the eyes of the listener to a new synth-heavy, dystopian world.
