Set for release this coming November 16th, The Bravo Uniform Mikes' forthcoming The Second EP is an unmissable offering.

Following on from their first EP Punching Darts and Breaking Hearts, released earlier in 2024, the self proclaimed “busiest and loudest 2 piece band in all of NZ”, wanted to keep their punchy edge by putting together a definitive live sound in the recording process along with strong blues elements with punk undertones and rhythm.

Taking a more serious approach this time around, the first song to be released from The Second EP is Insane Blues. This song gives a punk perspective to mental health issues, gaslighting from the people that are close to you, and detailing what an individual may do in those moments.

The song and EP were recorded by Dominic Whipps at Massey University studios, and mixed & mastered by guitarist Nick Potts. Both the single and full EP will be released on November 16th 2024.

The band are also heading out on tour to celebrate, playing shows in Taupo, Napier, Wellington, Auckland and Whangarei. Be sure to check them out:
