JAYSON NORRIS – FREEDOM TWENTY EIGHT
It’s surprising that Jayson Norris’ album Freedom Twenty Eight is his first offering to New Zealand listeners considering the London-based Kiwi has successfully released two albums overseas and regularly sells out shows internationally. The album ‘Freedom Twenty Eight’ – is a dynamic blend of sounds, subject matter and genres, touching roots, rock and soul – conveys Jayson’s explosive and diverse live show and captures the soul and emotion of him both musically and in his heartfelt lyrics.

IGOR BOXX – BRESLAU
As Igor Pudlo (a/k/a Igor Boxx) himself puts it: I’m old enough to remember the birth of punk rock, witness the glorious days of golden era of hip-hop and to evolve with my homeland Poland from communism to capitalism and from analogue to digital with my music and since 1991, I help the entropy by being a dj and mixing music (without stylistic limitations) and other noise that people, animals and machines make. I cut and paste all that jazz.“
In a nutshell, this is an intimately crafted body of work, expansive and mesmerizing. Igor has created quite a soundtrack, impressive stuff.

SCREECHING WEASEL – TELEVISIONCITYDREAM
If you don’t know the name Screeching Weasel I’ll just say they were one of the key influences for bands such as Green Day and Blink 182.
They are infact legendary within the punk rock scene. This album was originally released in 1998 and was the bands 8th studio LP, it’s also been re-mastered, re-sequenced and includes 5 bonus tracks. Musically it’s what you’d expect from a legendary punk rock pop outfit, it’s angry, brash, and cover’s topics like anti pretty much everything. For those into the band this album is now presented with the type of sound and packaging it should have been in the first time around.
