At the upcoming Vodafone NZ Music Awards, Aaradhna is a nominee in a total of 5 categories which is the highest nomination count for female artist this year. Her album Treble & Reverb is up for the awards Best Urban/Hip Hop Album, Spotify Best Female Solo Artist and Mentos Album of the Year. Her number one hit Wake Up is a nominee for the prestigious award Vodafone Single of the Year. These nominations are a credit to her hard work.
Only recently, Aaradhna stood out as dominant recipient of 6 awards at the Pacific Music Awards held earlier this year. She won Nautilus Foundation Best Pacific Female Artist, Niu FM Best Pacific Urban Artist, APRA Best Pacific Song – Wake Up, Pasefika Proud Best Pacific Music Album, NZ On Air Best Pacific Video – Lorena Bobbit directed by Tom Gould and NZ On Air Radio Airplay Award – Wake Up. She received the most awards won in a night by any single artist in the nine-year history of the Pacific Music Awards and the great success of her album Treble & Reverb in 2012 and 2013 can only be accountable.
The release of her new deluxe and repackaged album Treble & Reverb with the number one hit Wake Up will only add to this success as people line up to buy the album in the upcoming Christmas Period. This album is a must have for the summer season and will be available in all good music retailers from the 15th of November 2013.
Aaradhna is currently on her sold out US Fall Tour where she has and will be performing to audiences from Santa Cruz to Solana Beach. The tour is promoting the US release of her Treble & Reverb album.
There is no stopping this driven, talented young music artist. We have high expectations for her music career in the year of 2014 and can only commend and acknowledge her previous yet impressive musical success.
