Since releasing his debut single Move On in December, brand new Kiwi artist Mitch James hasn’t wasted anytime getting in front of Kiwi crowds over summer to do what he does best – jamming on his guitar.
Playing on the R&V stage for the very first time on December 30 in Gisborne, Mitch described it as a “super proud moment” that he has been working his whole life for.
He didn’t stop there, travelling down to Mt. Maunganui to play to a sold out crowd at Bay Dreams Festival (alongside label mates & friends Peking Duk) before he opened for his favourite band Sticky Fingers at their New Zealand shows – another career highlight - and he is just getting started!
Kiwis are proving that they are ready to hear a lot more from Mitch, with Move On already in the Top 10 list of the most Shazammed songs in the country and among the Top 30 tracks on iTunes!
