Following the release of her propulsively striking new single Control Freak, today Estère has shared her accompanying video clip, which premiered overnight on Rolling Stone Australia(read here).

The Wellington-based producer and performing artist brings it home to the streets of central Wellington in a music video directed by Paascalino Schaller and featuring kiwi actresses Johanna Cosgrove and Esther Lees in a competitive play of power.

Under the rich multi-textural layers of instrumentation, Estère looks at how control can be given and taken away. If someone has something you want, what are you willing to do in order to get it?

The lightning hot track comes from Estere's forthcoming mini-album My Design, due out digitally on October 13th via DRM NZ and available for pre-order today. My Design is part one of an interconnected body of work, due to be released in March as a two-part album called My Design, On Others' Lives.
