Who would have thought that a young boy born in France, briefly raised in the UK only to end up living in New Zealand (of all places) would have come so far in his music career? Well on April 1st Multi-Instrumentalist / Singer / Songwriter, Craig Payne, will release his second album One Night Stand which shows exactly just how far he has come on this truly unique musical journey.
Following Craig’s critically acclaimed album from 2018, Good News, One Night Stand is again a strong eclectic collection of original rock numbers that stand up straight with anything else that has preceded it and definitely earns Craig’s music the label of ‘The Classic Rock of Tomorrow’.
So once again roll up and step inside the time machine of Payne.
Lend your ears as your host Craig Payne takes you on a journey through the decades across thirteen original tracks of classic-styled rock delivered within this very tight and slickly arranged album.
The time machine comment wasn’t a throwaway line referencing the pre-Nirvana style of Guitar, Bass, Drum music Craig Payne makes either. Craig wears his influences on his sleeve. Most prevalent being the Beatles, Cliff Richard, Paul McCartney and many others of his ilk and as far back as Bill Haley & his Comets.
All tied together with Craig’s British Invasion era Brit-Rock style One Night Stand is another stop on what is proving an incredible ‘Magical Musical Trip’ and has already earned a solid pre-release review which you can read via the ‘Media’ page @ www.CraigPayneCommunications.com
One Night Stand goes live at midnight on April 1st and will be available through iTunes, Amazon, Google Play and streaming on practically every site on the planet.
