Leisure's long-awaited sophomore album Twister is out tomorrow, with the band launching their release tour at the Powerstation tomorrow night, before heading down the country for shows in Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.
Before that, the often mysterious collective shares the video for their forthcoming single Man, an insight into Leisure’s creative process. Filmed over the past couple of years, at writing camps along the New Zealand coastline.
Leisure's Jordan Arts says:
"We took a camera to every Leisure camp we went on to document the process of writing the songs that made Twister and we’re excited to be able to bring the listener into a snapshot of our world.
"We’ve been fortunate enough to write music in a series of idyllic coastal hideaways over the past two years on - and with each unique abode presenting a contrasting mood and feel, it has become an important part of the creative process to provoke a fresh perspective of how we make music."
