Following the successful launch of his debut album, I Made This While, Sam V is back with a statement. Namely a statement called, Ain’t Slowin’ Down.

This track, produced by the award winning, EDY, sees the versatile vocal wizard, Sam V. team up with fellow Y$O friends & hip hop stalwarts Juwan and bKidd, in a mischievous and funky tune which has drawn comparisons to early 2000’s hip hop/R&B supergroup - B2K.

Already a distinguished industry veteran at the age of 22, Sam V has been releasing music since the age of 12, and has always been renowned for his raw vocal chops and versatility. Having worked with the likes of Kennyon Brown, Donell Lewis, Vince Harder and Parris Goebel has afforded Sam V the opportunity to refine and further develop his craft and skillset on gradually growing and greater platforms. Now at 22, armed with experience, innovation and talent - Sam V has established his own creative collective, Y$O, who host fort-monthly shows for young & unique NZ talent. Y$O also creates video content, and has allowed the director/editor duo of Sam V & Paolo Bayogan to showcase their distinctive visual concepts and ideas, such as the clip for Ain’t Slowin’ Down.

Having completed 2 albums and 9 music videos in 2019, the creative output from Sam V. Is well worth keeping tabs on and he shows no signs of Slowin’ Down.
