My best friend saw the used live in aus earlier on this year, she said they were fucking amazing,
the rumour about mcr coming the bdo is getting bigger. And i wouldn't be surprised if they did, but i hope the dont, cause i've just been told im not allowed to go to the next bdo cause i went this year.
System of a down by far were the best band.

NOFX, PENNYWISE,ALKALINE TRIO, RANCID!!!!!! and red hot chillis would also b sweet! smashing punpkins would kick ass.METALLICA if they came i would b there 4 sure!!!!!! i really wanna know the line up! could sum1 plz post of where they heard the rumors for the punk bands? plz plz plz!

Uh... Shade, I think the flower/ocean/birdy thing was this years theme. We will know next years one, as well as the first announcement in just a few short days!

I think its pretty much confirmed Rancid and Mudvayne are coming, probably Alkaline Trio

uhh i think tool is almost defenate... not too sure though. staind is also right up there. i also herd cradle of filth not too sure. been hearing rancid alot. and franz ferdinand is basicly defenate same with white stripes. i herd marsvolta and iggypop .. i got heaps of rumours baisicly the whole line up... all im going for is 8 FOOT SATIVA! JACKHAMMERS BACK GUYS!

A few different anonymous tipsters report that Tool has been confirmed to play next year's Big Day Out festival in Australia, a festival which hits several major cities Down Under. More on this to follow. so yeah... i duno tool rocks. and i got this from http://www.undercover.com.au/news/2005/sep05/20050930_bdo.html Undercover predicts that it's going to be an indie rockers dream come true, with the strongest whispers coming through about The White Stripes, Iggy and the Stooges and Beck. not a too biga fan of indie.... much rather the punk metal and hardcore my self but hey... just doing my part. WEDNESDAY IS JUDGEMENT DAY.. hatebreed rockd this year... and my chemical romace suck i hope they don't come or i might have to go on an emo killing spre.

yea, i heard Franz interview on C4 as well, which should be cool, even tho they are comin jan/feb neways... heard somewhere that Kings of Leon started considering the BDO like last year so maybe them...

OMG!! Franz Ferdinand, White Stripes, Elemeno P and Kings of Leon!!!

FF is worth the admission price alone.

Hoping for something like Matchbox 20 (doubt it)..or Rob Thomas, Incubus, Metallica, Tool, koRn,Foo Fighters, Rammstein, U2,Papa Roach, Drowning Pool or Rob Zombie would be mad!! Will Smith would be cool.

Mudvayne would be an awesome addition!!

Maybe they could get George Thorogood, as his goodbye to NZ

Relient K and Breaking Benjamin would be awesome! As would the veronicas or the weekend.

Wheatus could revive their career here and Weezer would be awesome

On the NZ scene, theres a new girl-band that looks tight. Wouldnt be at all surprised if Rubicon, Zed, Goodnight Nurse or 48 May go.

OMG, im fantasizing about possibilities!!
