RE: more guys wearing pink shirts Posted: Tue Jan 31, 2006 4:10 pm Pink is the colour of candyfloss and cake icing and watermelon and sweets and cellophane and ipod-minis and sunset/rise and flowers. Not all bad stuff, eh? Not just Barbies. I think that it is good that guys have gotten past the wear-pink-and-you're-gay stereotype. What does it matter if it is just another fashion trend? Some people like to follow trends, it's what they are good at and/or what they want to do. Have you ever read a teen girls magazine? That is almost all they talk about; what is 'cool' to wear and what isn't. Girls have their trends, let the boys have theirs. If it's not okay for guys to wear pink, does that make it not okay for girls to wear blue? |

RE: more guys wearing pink shirts Posted: Tue Jan 31, 2006 5:53 pm Absolutely - girls should not wear blue - it's just wrong... In fact nobody should wear any colour, even if just to avoid debates like these. In fact from now on the only "colours" allowed will be white or black... ... and since white is gay, only black is allowed ... www.oosband.com |

RE: more guys wearing pink shirts Posted: Wed Feb 1, 2006 10:16 am the other night on the news i saw some dude wearing a pink tshirt, but then i later found out he was part of a gay community. So i guess that just defeats the whole purpose of this post |

RE: more guys wearing pink shirts Posted: Wed Feb 1, 2006 4:48 pm Shades? Huh? How do you get a shade of white? Or a shade of black for that matter? Black is black and white is white. Anything else isn't black or white. Grey is good, as it doesn't get hot in the sun (like black) and doesn't turn pink when you wash it with your reds (like white)! |

RE: more guys wearing pink shirts Posted: Thu Feb 2, 2006 12:09 pm Black and White are colours - and can also be described as shades A "colour" is anything the visible eye can see. It is in fact the amount of the visible light spectrum that is either absorbed or reflected by a particular material. Black surfaces absorb all light, white surfaces reflect all light - therefore putting black and white into the range of so called "colours" Grey - well - grey is boring ... in fact I think we should all just go naked |

RE: more guys wearing pink shirts Posted: Thu Feb 2, 2006 12:30 pm Well. Thats what my science teacher told me, I'm not as smart as you mister. Isn't white made up of all the colours of the rainbow? I remember one time in form two when we made this circle with all the colours on it and when you spin it around really fast it turned white. Just thought I'd say. |

RE: more guys wearing pink shirts Posted: Thu Feb 2, 2006 4:04 pm You know how you get all the goths wearing black with like black dog collars & stuff with Black timming & everything, imagine if all that black, turned to PINK!!!! That would be soooo weird. But pink isn't that bad just as long as it doesn't get too common. I will never wear pink but to be honest I don't care what other people wear (apart from my Girlfriend!!) |

Yep - a rainbow is white light prismed into it's constituent parts. ... and come on people ... saying "gay" is gay ... (and now I'm off to finish reading the part in the bible about sodom and gomorrah) |

RE: more guys wearing pink shirts Posted: Fri Apr 21, 2006 12:56 pm i can't say i'd put myself through wearing a pink shirt. But is salmon the same as pink? I've noticed a common excuse for the pink shirt is that it isn't pink, its salmon! |
