Most modern viruses/worms simply put random sender addresses in the emails they send, which usually have nothing to do with the person that was actually infected with the virus/worm.

My advice to anyway is make sure your AV software is up-to-date and don't open any attachments unless you're absolutely sure you know what it is.

Thanx for your advise Kraven, I regularly update my AV sofware cause I had to learn a few sad things since I am fiddling around with computers.

Oh hell but it seems you just cant trust these machines and the people who operate them (kinda wicked thing), even when it clearly says who was sending the message.

If this e-mail was sent by a person with honest intensions, she/he will get back to me without a virus.
