Although i regret getting mine peirced with the smaller size because now when i want to buy a new bar it's really hard to find the right size, and often they are too big and i can't fit them through.

just streach it.. it will hurt but then you can fit the right size in.. i did that with one of my nose rings..

yeah i tried doing that too, it didn't hurt trying to shove it through but it just wouldn't go and bleed hardout! I've tried a few times but it just won't fit aye! argh

yeah i wasnt allowed to get them, till one day i came home with 6 of the things in my ears, since then they dont care, my father calls me ringo...

yeah I think you just have to do it aye, and if they kick you out of home for getting a peircing then it's probably not worth being there anyway if they are that stiff.
