RE: whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Posted: Thu Apr 20, 2006 2:42 pm because gravity pulled him towards the earth and the monkeys gravitational force pulls the earth towards itself so gives one the impression of the monkey falling towards the ground. if the force of the earths mass pulling on the monkey is greater than that which the monkey can hold onto than the monkey will be forced to let go of the branch in which it was holding and will fall towards the centre of the earth. |
