my problem is i can't concentrate! i think i have decreased mental acuity. i was never like this before, now i have short attention span and i forget easily. should i drink a lot of V or other drugs?

my tutor gave me some really good advice when i was struggling to come up with ideas,

"go to the pub, have a few beers and relax, take a pen and paper and just jot down any thorts that come to mind, no matter how silly they seem at the time. Keep drinking and don't be afraid of being mental"

I often let myself get mental for a while, it's good for the soul.

i had the same problem...i couldn't ocncentrate(maybe cos i hated it hehe and music on my mind all day) i have a simple solution, simply follow the steps i took and i don't regret them one bit....drop out of school and join a punk band. Nah don't do that hehe and i didn't do that....i stayed til 7th form but failed miserably mwahahaha BUT i passed music with excellence lol

nah seriously....sugar won't help at all man, it'll just make u think of many things other than what you're trying to concentrate on try setting aside some time for what ever it is you're tryin to concentrate....i dunno if that makes sense aye, it did in my head hehe

party pills are real good if you take enough, and were in a happy mood when the buzz arrives, but they fuck up your heart rate and sleep cycles and shit.
