recording and selling cd's Posted: Thu Sep 4, 2003 9:28 am hey guys i am a 16 year old whos gonna be recording sometime in the (nearish) future. do you have any idea of the cheapest way to get cd's duplication replicated, if say i was doing 500 with 8 page booklet and 4-5 colours? if you have some idea please either post here or email me at [email protected] thanks heaps eh? RE: recording and selling cd's Posted: Tue Nov 11, 2003 10:52 pm With my last CD I got prices for commercial printing and burning, but ended up batch-producing them myself, which turned out to be fairly efficient - there was only one weekend where I had to stay home and burn/print/package. You can get the covers printed locally - four colours is all it takes to get any colour you want (RGB plus usually black for definition). I didn't know of any NZ company burning CDs, so I looked to Sydney. All the best ... |
