VOTE Malice Solstice to open BDO

Hey Everyone

Please go and vote for Malice Solstice for the "Live and Local" Big Day Out competition @ the link http://www.jacklive.co.nz/vote.php and fill in the form and choose from the drop box titled "Please choose your favourite band" Malice Solstice. Don't wanna vote? Hopefully the incentive of winning tickets to see the whole BDO will get more than convinced to vote if you win the draw. If thats not convincing enough such great bands as Muse and The Datsuns are playing. On the flipside if a band/entrant wins the draw they get to open BDO. C'mon last year Bolbox Rex opened and well they were alright (or not) and the year before girl rockers Foamy Ed. Also if majority votes for one region for an entrant they get to play pre-BDO gigs and in CHCH its happening around late november/early december @ the Southern Blues Bar. If you know who wins you will be treated to see a sneak preview of new improved material (and theres lots) and Malice Solstice' first gig in 15 months. So c'mon vote today ;)

Hmm!
What kind of sound do they make,I mean give me some idea that will inspire me to even go to that above mentioned site.Is it a sound that Id like.Who are they?!They sound viscious!Are they!
Should they be the ones to open BDO.If so why!

Hey Mars
They are alternative and far from "vicious". They aren't metal after all and some of the music they make is delicate after all they have alot of electronic keyboard sounds laced with beautiful guitar sounds with melancholic type melodies its hard to explain though. But according to your profile of your musical tastes maybe you'll need more of an open mind but no-one's forcing you to vote same with you trixie.
