RE: Supporting Youth at Risk Music Fest Posted: Fri Nov 28, 2003 9:31 am Where: A proposed South Auckland Park which has already been used for Music events in the past as part of the Music in Parks summer series. We are still awaiting City Council approval. When: Once we have CC approval to go ahead possibly after New Year. What type of Bands/Artists:If you are new to the music industry and would like some exposure this is an opportunity. There will be auditions. As we are mainly targeting youth & their families various talents will be envolved e.g Hip Hop,Rap,Rock,Jazz,Reggae,R & B,Funk and more.Radio Stations contributions by way of guest DJ's will offer a broad selection of sounds also. Remember this is a charity affair! The only way this music fest will succeed is through our Sponsers and your talents which will all be welcomed and all for a good cause! |

RE: Supporting Youth at Risk Music Fest Posted: Wed Dec 10, 2003 10:19 pm Our band "Athereal" would join in .... but were kinda nailed shut due to our guitarist not having an Midi Foot Controller and we simply cant afford one at all. We could really do with sum exposure, damn. |
